Which Align Pillow is right for me?
Standard: Best for regular builds (5'4"–5'10"), first-time orthopedic pillow buyers.
Plus: Our most popular choice (70% choose this). Universal fit for smaller to regular builds (5'1"–5'10"), premium high-density foam that lasts for years.
Elite: For all builds (5'1"+), especially those who sleep hot, have ear pressure issues, or are 6'0"+. Features cooling mesh, ear relief zones, and adaptive dual-height design.
I'm between sizes—which should I choose?
If you're 5'10" and unsure between Standard and Plus, we recommend the Plus—it has universal neck support that fits a wider range of builds.
If you're 6'0"+ or have broader shoulders, go with the Elite for its adaptive dual-height design.
How long does it take to adjust to the pillow?
Most people adjust within 3–7 nights. If you're coming from a soft pillow, the firmer support may feel different at first. Your neck and shoulders need time to adapt to proper alignment.
Give it at least two weeks before deciding—most customers report significant improvement after this period.
Is it suitable for side sleepers / back sleepers / stomach sleepers?
The Align Pillow is designed primarily for side and back sleepers. The butterfly contour and side cutouts accommodate shoulders for side sleeping, while the flat back provides support for back sleeping.
We do not recommend it for stomach sleepers, as orthopedic pillows are designed to maintain natural neck alignment, which stomach sleeping compromises.
Will this help with my neck pain / migraines / shoulder pain?

Is the pillow too firm or too soft?
All our pillows feature medium-firm support—firm enough to maintain alignment, but comfortable enough for all-night use. The foam adapts to your head and neck while maintaining its shape, unlike traditional pillows that collapse overnight.
Standard: Medium-firm memory foam—comfortable support for most sleepers.
Plus & Elite: Enhanced comfort with high-density foam (35 kg/m³) that feels more luxurious while providing superior support. Many customers find these more comfortable than the Standard, especially after the break-in period.
Does it work with CPAP machines?
Yes! All three models feature side cutouts that provide clearance for CPAP masks and tubing, reducing air leaks and improving comfort for sleep apnea therapy users.
Can I use my own pillowcase?
Yes! The pillow comes with a machine-washable cover, but you can add your own pillowcase over it (standard size fits).
Many customers use cotton, bamboo, or silk pillowcases for extra comfort.
How do I clean the pillow?
The outer cover is removable and machine-washable (cold water, air dry).
The memory foam core should not be washed—simply air it out occasionally and spot-clean if needed.
