This is the absolute best pillow I have ever tried and I have tried soooooo many. I was being woken every night from incredibly painful headaches and neck pain. I knew it was posture and my pillow. I am both a back sleeper and a side sleeper and I have been using this pillow for several weeks and have not had one wake up at night or in the morning from the intense headaches. It craddles my neck in the best way and on my side gives me the height for neck and shoulder. The knee pillow is a definite must too, it comes with a strap that is not compressive but also it is stretchy and stays with me as I move. I have tried many pillows from feather, feather hybrids, memory foam, polyfill and id have pain or ear pain and not with Somnora. Both the pillow and knee pillow have the coolest, softest case as well. Buy extra as you will want to swap it when cleaning. You wont regret this.
Would love it just to have a soft layer’ covering the whole as it does feel a bit firm though I do have to say it has cured my morning headaches quite dramatically. I would also love a pillow protector and cotton pillowcase range that suits its shape
My wife has had trouble with severe headaches through the night and for most of the day for some time now. Visits to the GP and Neurology hadn't been able to solve the problem but following some research I spotted this pillow and thought it worth a go. She has been using the pillow for about 3 weeks and the results so far have been amazing as most of the time she no longer suffers with the headaches and she is sleeping much more soundly. It's early days but fingers crossed her problem seems to have been solved - life changing really. Thank you.
The pillow is very comfortable, I am happy with it. The morning headaches still persist but they may subside. So far I'm pleased.

I suffer from degenerative disc disease, specifically the C3, C4 and C5 disc’s in my neck. I would get severe pins and needles sensation in my arms and hands every night and I have tried several orthopaedic pillows over the last few years hoping to find one that actually helped.
I don’t usually write a review unless I am either extremely happy or disappointed in a purchase. That being said, I am very happy and impressed with my new Somnora align pillows! I say, pillows because I bought both the standard and the elite models and both work equally well.
From the very first night I have had pain free sleep! Unbelievable, and I can’t express how different life is to wake up feeling rested and without pain!

It took me about 2 weeks to get used to the shape of this pillow but now it is very comfortable. I have noticed my neck & arm issues are slowly subsiding so I guess it must be helping to align my neck correctly. So far I’m impressed.
I wasn't sleeping all night through and always had neck pains constantly. And now I sleep and now I dont have any neck pains or issues. Truly marvelous! I'm forever grateful.
Although I was sceptical that any pillow would resolve my neck pain and headache when waking up, this pillow did exactly what it promised.

I have been using this pillow for two weeks and am completely sold. I was skeptical at first but because of my chronic hip, back and shoulder pain I’ll try anything. OMG, after the first week I now wake up feeling like I’ve slept and in more alignment. I am so thankful for giving this a try.

I have had a great response using the Align pillow. I am traveling a bit and left it home. Will take it with me next time. The stiff next and tight shoulder muscle are both almost completely gone. Look forward to using it daily when I return home.
The pillow is great. Using the pillow adjusted my neck to eliminate serious cervical pain and sleep is solid throughout the night.
