This is the absolute best pillow I have ever tried and I have tried soooooo many. I was being woken every night from incredibly painful headaches and neck pain. I knew it was posture and my pillow. I am both a back sleeper and a side sleeper and I have been using this pillow for several weeks and have not had one wake up at night or in the morning from the intense headaches. It craddles my neck in the best way and on my side gives me the height for neck and shoulder. The knee pillow is a definite must too, it comes with a strap that is not compressive but also it is stretchy and stays with me as I move. I have tried many pillows from feather, feather hybrids, memory foam, polyfill and id have pain or ear pain and not with Somnora. Both the pillow and knee pillow have the coolest, softest case as well. Buy extra as you will want to swap it when cleaning. You wont regret this.

Would love it just to have a soft layer’ covering the whole as it does feel a bit firm though I do have to say it has cured my morning headaches quite dramatically. I would also love a pillow protector and cotton pillowcase range that suits its shape

My wife has had trouble with severe headaches through the night and for most of the day for some time now. Visits to the GP and Neurology hadn't been able to solve the problem but following some research I spotted this pillow and thought it worth a go. She has been using the pillow for about 3 weeks and the results so far have been amazing as most of the time she no longer suffers with the headaches and she is sleeping much more soundly. I have had a great response using the Align pillow. I am traveling a bit and left it home. Will take it with me next time. The stiff next and tight shoulder muscle are both almost completely gone. Look forward to using it daily when I return home.

Quality is top-notch and foam is dense (in a good way). Week two my neck started feeling better, now a month in and I sleep great. Just give it time if you're coming from a soft pillow.

Tried probably 6-7 different pillows over the years and this one finally clicked. The 10cm height works perfectly for me (I'm 5'5"), dual-sided is clever, use different sides depending on how I feel. Foam quality is excellent, no regrets on spending a bit more.

Tired of pillows going flat in months, so did my research and this has much higher density foam. Three weeks in with zero compression, butterfly shape took one night to adjust. Keeps my head centered perfectly, excellent value if it lasts.

Use a CPAP machine and struggled to find a pillow that works with my mask. The cutouts give my mask tube clearance, no more air leaks! Also stops me rolling onto my stomach. Perfect for CPAP users.

Quality foam that should last years, though I found it quite firm the first week compared to my squishy old pillow. After 10 days it feels great, just expect a short adjustment period. Very happy overall.

Had the Standard for a year and decided to try the Plus, the foam is noticeably denser and feels like it'll last much longer. The taller back side is perfect when I switch positions at night. Bit more expensive but you can feel the quality difference.

Love the versatility, use the contoured side for side sleeping, flip it for back sleeping when congested. Both sides work brilliantly and no sagging after 5 weeks. Really impressed.

Side sleeper with broad shoulders and always had arm numbness issues. The cutouts accommodate my shoulder perfectly, game changer! Can also flip it for back sleeping, really clever design.

The butterfly design really does stop head movement, though first 2-3 nights felt unfamiliar. After a week my neck feels much better supported. Giving it 4 stars because of the adjustment period, but quality is excellent.
