While both pillows feature our signature cervical core for neck alignment, the Align Pillow™ Elite is specifically engineered for two distinct needs:

• Ear & Pressure Relief: The Elite features a Pressure-Relief Central Zone with a deeper contour. This minimizes friction on the ear, making it the superior choice for those suffering from CNH (ear pain), healing piercings, or sleeping with earplugs.
• Broad Shoulder Support: The Elite offers extra loft (height) and a wider butterfly wingspan. It is designed to fill the gap between the neck and mattress for broader frames (typically 6ft+), preventing the shoulder from collapsing.

Summary: Choose the Elite if you have broad shoulders or sensitive ears. Choose the Standard Align Pillow if you have a slimmer build (under 5'10") or sleep occasionally on your stomach.

Yes. The included pillowcase is breathable, hypoallergenic, and fully removable. It can be machine washed at 30°C without shrinking or losing shape.

As part of our 100-Night Sleep Trial, we recommend using the Align Pillow™ for at least 7 consecutive nights before requesting a resolution. Orthopaedic pillows can feel unfamiliar at first, as your neck and shoulder muscles adjust to proper alignment. This short adjustment period helps ensure a fair and accurate evaluation.
