Refund policy

At Somnora, your comfort matters to us. We offer a 30-day return policy on most products.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided that all conditions outlined below are fully met.

Certain exclusive offers, such as our Align Pillow™, come with an extended 100-Night sleep trial.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order number or receipt).
  • Exception: All Align Pillow™ are covered by our 100-Night sleep trial, which allows you to request a refund within 100 days, even after use, under the terms of the trial.

Please note:

For hygiene and safety reasons, once opened or used, pillows, pillowcases, and bedding items cannot be physically returned.

Under the 100-night sleep trial, all used Align Pillow™ products are not returned to stock. The trial is fulfilled through a refund-based resolution rather than a physical return.

The 100-night sleep trial may only be applied once per order.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for any approved physical returns.

We will provide detailed return instructions by email upon approval.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Align Pillow™ range – Adjustment Period Requirement

Because orthopaedic pillows support the neck and shoulders in a corrected posture, they can feel unfamiliar during the first few nights.

For this reason, all Align Pillow™ products require a minimum of 7 consecutive nights of use before a refund request can be submitted under the 100-night sleep trial.

This adjustment period allows the body to adapt and ensures a fair evaluation of the pillow’s benefits. Requests submitted before completion of the 7-night period cannot be approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

In some cases, we may request photos or videos of the issue for quality control and to expedite replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care items that have been opened
  • Items that show any signs of use or modification
  • Products not purchased directly through somnora.co
  • Items from clearance sales, gift-with-purchase offers, or limited-time bundles
  • Digital products (eBooks and downloads), once the download has started. By purchasing a digital product, you consent to immediate access and waive your right to cancel, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us prior to purchase.

 

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not supported. If you wish to order a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been confirmed and refunded.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

This right does not apply to opened or used bedding, pillows, or pillowcases, for hygiene reasons.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Refunds requested under the 100-night sleep trial will be reviewed and processed once eligibility is confirmed by our team.
All other returns must be approved and received before a refund can be issued.
