Thank you for shopping with Somnora. We’re committed to delivering your order with care and transparency. We operate through international fulfilment partners to ensure consistent quality, availability, and fair pricing worldwide.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New-Zealand.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days due to high demand or courier delays. Every order includes tracking and full support until it reaches your door.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend orders are prepared at the start of the following week.
• United Kingdom: Free standard tracked shipping on orders over £40. For orders below £40, a flat fee of £3.90 applies.
• United States: Free shipping on orders over $40 USD. For orders below $40, a flat fee of $4.90 USD applies.
• Canada: Free shipping on orders over $55 CAD. For orders below $55, a flat fee of $7 CAD applies.
• Australia: Free shipping on orders over $55 AUD. For orders below $55, a flat fee of $8 AUD applies.
• New-Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $67 NZD. For orders below $67, a flat fee of $9 NZD applies.
If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us at contact@somnora.co with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier immediately.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We recommend checking with neighbours, household members, and safe places before reaching out.
If your parcel is confirmed lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we may request supporting evidence to process your claim. Once verified, we'll ship a replacement at no additional cost.
If you opted out of shipping assurance at checkout, we will still investigate delivery issues with the carrier on your behalf, but replacement shipments are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
All claims must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Claims made after this window cannot be processed, as courier investigation periods will have expired.
Somnora cannot be held responsible for parcels reported missing after the courier’s investigation window has passed.
Memory foam products may have a mild odor when first unboxed. This is completely normal and harmless. Simply leave your pillow in a well-ventilated area for 24–48 hours before use, and the scent will dissipate naturally. This is not a product defect and is not eligible for a refund.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
