Bit hesitant about the price but wanted the best and quality is immediately obvious. Materials feel luxurious, cooling mesh works, ear relief zones are subtle but effective. I'm 6'2" and the adaptive height fits me perfectly. If budget allows, get this one.

I believe the pillow is helping decrease pressure on my neck and shoulders, and I have less pain. It is an awkward shaped pillow, so I can't comfortably relax on it to read before bed. But, sleep seems better which was the goal.

My first night using this pillow was amazing!!

I suffer from degenerative disc disease, specifically the C3, C4 and C5 disc’s in my neck. I would get severe pins and needles sensation in my arms and hands every night and I have tried several orthopaedic pillows over the last few years hoping to find one that actually helped.
I don’t usually write a review unless I am either extremely happy or disappointed in a purchase. That being said, I am very happy and impressed with my new Somnora align pillows! I say, pillows because I bought both the standard and the elite models and both work equally well.
From the very first night I have had pain free sleep! Unbelievable, and I can’t express how different life is to wake up feeling rested and without pain!
They work for me and I hope they will work as well for you!

Best neck pillow I’ve tried. Nice and firm so it holds its height when laying on it. I also like the fact that you can rotate it front to back (not flipped over). Most others I’ve tried only work one direction which is a waste of the rest of the pillow. This should make it last longer. The height is great for both back and side sleeping.

My arms would go completely numb every night from shoulder compression, it was affecting my sleep badly. Three weeks with this pillow and the numbness has stopped entirely. My husband got one too after seeing my results and his neck pain improved as well. Took a few nights to adjust to the shape but absolutely worth it.

Use a CPAP machine and most pillows interfere with my mask. The side cutouts give proper clearance, no more air leaks! Ear zones mean I'm not pressing on anything uncomfortable. Feels like this was designed specifically for CPAP users. Highly recommend.

Got this for the ear relief but honestly all the features are great, cooling mesh keeps things comfortable, adaptive height means I can use both sides, stretch cover feels premium. Yes it's the most expensive but you're getting everything. No compromises.

Run hot at night and always wake up sweaty, the cooling mesh actually works! Still warm some nights but way better than before. The adaptive height fits my broader frame well, premium materials feel legit. Best pillow for hot sleepers I've found.

Side sleeper with sensitive ears and every pillow hurt after about an hour. The ear relief zones in this are incredible, can actually sleep on my side all night without pain. Cooling mesh is a nice bonus. Expensive but totally worth it for me.

I wasn't sure which size I needed. Started on the 10cm side but realized the 13cm side was better for my frame as I have quite wide shoulders. It's nice to have the option without buying two different pillows. Very clever design.

My ResMed mask used to leak the moment I turned on my side, blowing air into my eyes. The cut-outs on the side of this pillow give just enough clearance for the tube. Best night's sleep I've had since the diagnosis.

The pillow itself is 5 stars, supports my neck perfectly and the ear hollow is great. Dropped a star because standard oxford pillowcases don't fit the shape well, you really need to use a stretchy jersey one or buy theirs.

Being a rugby player with broad shoulders, I usually have to stack three pillows and still wake up with a dead arm. The high side (13cm) of this pillow is proper solid. It actually fills the gap between my neck and the mattress. First time I've woken up without a numb hand in years.

It is quite firm compared to my old down pillow, took me about 3 nights to get used to it. Now I can't sleep without it, but don't expect it to be soft and squishy immediately. Stick with it, your neck will thank you.
